Panels are assembled using the copper-foil method. Each piece of glass is cut, ground to fit, wrapped in copper-foil, and soldered together. Patina is then added to darken and enhance the solder lines. The rectangular panels are framed in zinc. The glass is waxed and hand polished to bring out the shine and sparkle of the design.
